Rachel Zoe Out & About

Besides the fashion shows during Fashion Week there are a lot of parties going on. On Monday I had the opportunity to attend a couple of parties and I was so excited when I saw Rachel Zoe. She is even more beautiful in person. BTW she was wearing thehighest heels ever, I think they even beat my Louboutins ha, ha.

Durante la Semana de la Moda no solo hay decenas de desfiles si no que también hay muchísimas fiestas. El Lunes tuve la oportunidad de asistir a dos y ¿que creen? Me encontré con la estilista de las estrellas Rachel Zoe. En persona es mucho mas bonita y obviamente que lo que mas me llamo la atención fueron sus tacones, eran super altos, incluso creo que mas alto que los que yo llevaba puestos.

Getting ready in less than 30 minutes!

Would you believe me if I told you that it took me half an hour to get ready - including a shower haha? The reason why I wanted to do this post, is because I had gotten a few emails asking me how you can look good without spending 2 hours in front of the mirror. Well, I don't spend 2 hours getting ready,  even when I have my hair down.  To make sure I was out the door in half an hour, I pull my hair back in a ponytail while it was still wet, I added my clip-on bangs, lipstick, mascara and blush.    Threw on a dress, put on lotion, perfume and I was out the door!!! So, if you don't have a lot of time to get ready, pull your hair back on a ponytail or a bun!

¿Me creerías si te digo que me aliste en menos de media hora - incluyendo la ducha  jaja? La razón por la que quise hacer este post, es por que he recibido muchos emails preguntandome, como hacer para verte linda sin demorarte mucho tiempo arreglandote.  Como lo he dicho antes, yo me arreglo super rapido, incluso cuando uso el cabello suelto.   Hoy no tenia mucho tiempo asi que me amarre el cabello en una cola -como ves en las fotos, mi cabello todavia estaba mojado - me puse mis extensiones de cerquillo, rimel (mascara) lip gloss y rubor.  Me vesti, me puse crema, perfume y listo! Por eso, si quieres arreglarte rapido, te recomiendo que te hagas una cola o un moño.

I Challenge You To ... Wear Contrasting Colors

This week's challenge is to wear contrasting colors, so I decided to mix blue & orange, especially because I wanted to wear this top that I just got at H&M.  I have to be honest with you, I think I need a break from bright colors, hahaha. I never thought I would say that, but .....I did! What colors do you want to see me in?

El reto de esta semana es usar colores que contrasten, por lo que quise combinar esta mini azul con este top anaranjado. Especialmente porque queria usar este top que me acabo de comprar en H&M. Nunca pense que iba a decir esto, pero la verdad es que ya me estoy cansando de usar colores vivos, jaja - creo que necesito un break! Que colores te gustaria que use?
