As many of you know I also went to Cabo San Lucas to celebrate my 40th! I know, I know I celebrated it A LOT, but you don't turn 40 every day hahaha.  Cabo was so beautiful and HOT. I had the time of my life. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed my trip :-)

Hi Queen, I hope you are doing great! I was in Mexico for six days on vacation and to celebrate my blog's four year anniversary! I can't believe on Saturday, July 19th my baby turned FOUR! I'm beyond happy and blessed. Thank YOU for all your love, support, comments and being the best readers ever. I could not have done any of this without all of you. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! I love my Queens! This is what I wore to celebrate my blog's anniversary.

Hola mis Queens, espero que estén de maravilla! Como ya saben estuve en Mexico de vacaciones y para celebrar el cuarto aniversario de mi blog. La verdad es que no puedo creer que mi blog cumplió cuatro añitos el 19 de julio. Estoy tan contenta y emocionada de poder celebrar un año mas. Beach Day!

I love to layout and be at the beach, probably my favorite thing to do. And while I was in Miami I did just that :-) So, I wore a simple but colorful maxi dress, a fedora and white bag. Not the perfect bag to take to the beach but my beach bag was in New York!

AMO broncearme y estar en la playa, quizás sea una de las cosas que mas me gusta hacer. Y cuando estuve en Miami obviamente que fui a la playa  y esto fue lo que me puse :-) Aunque tengo que confesar que este bolso no es el ideal para llevar a al playa, pero los otros estaban en Nueva York!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Miami to attend Hispanicize and also for some fun! I got back to New York last week and I'm already missing the beach but NOT the humidity! My hair was completely out of control the whole time I was there, as you can tell by the pictures. Well, except for the last picture that I took before I left the hotel. I hope you enjoy the pictures :-)

Hace un par de semanas estuve en Miami para asistir a Hispanicize y tambien para tomar unos días libres. A pesar que he estado en Nueva York por una semana, ya extraño la playa pero NO la humedad. La verdad es que la humedad es el enemigo numero uno de mi cabello. Por mas que me lo arreglaba como de costumbre, ni bien salia del hotel mi cabello se ponia horrible (como se daran cuentas por las fotos, bueno, menos la ultima que la tome antes de salir del hotel). Espero que les gusten las fotos :-)

Sorry I have been a little MIA, as you know I went to Los Angeles for the Alma Awards this weekend.  I had the BEST time and I can't wait to share everything with you.  I will start posting the pictures tomorrow! Today, I went to Santa Monica beach before I came home and had a very relaxing day - just what I needed it!!! How was your weekend?

Labor Day Weekend "Outfits"

I can't believe Labor Day weekend is here ... time really flies.  It seems like I just celebrated my birthday (May 27) not long ago! Many of you will probably go away for the weekend or have a few things planned. So, I created two outfits that you could wear to the beach or a pool party (above) and to a BBQ, wine tasting, or a get together (below).   I know sometimes it's really hard to pick an outfit when there's so much going on, but just try to relax and have fun! I hope you like the outfits I created and they inspire you to create your own!

Este fin de semana es mas largo que de costumbre en los Estados Unidos, ya que tenemos el Lunes libre....yeeeee! Por lo que mucha gente se va de viaje o tiene varios eventos que acudir. Por eso quise crear dos "outfits" para este fin de semana festivo.  El de arriba, como te puedes dar cuenta, es para ir a la playa o la piscina.  El "outfit" de abajo lo puedes usar para salir con tus amigas, tu novio, tu esposo, para ir a una parrillada etc (barbacoa).  Espero que te gusten estos "outfits" y que te inspiren a crear tu propio look
