Flower Power!

This is what I wore to the radio station to do my weekly radio segment with Aurora Medina. It's been pretty hot in the Bay Area, so I wanted to wear something that would keep me cool and this maxi dress was perfect.  I was actually wearing bracelets and a ring (you can see them on my video below) but I took them off when I got home and forgot to put them back on for the pictures.

Esto es lo que use para hacer mi segmento de radio con Aurora Medina. Ha estado haciendo bastante calor en el Area de la Bahia, por lo que quería usar un vestido.  Ustedes se preguntaran ¿donde estan mis joyas? Lo que paso, es que llegue a mi casa, me las quite y me olvide de ponermelas para las fotos - pero las puedes ver en el video abajo.

Thank you Estee Lauder for sending me a goodie bag full of lipsticks and a new perfume, Sensous Nude.  I usually don't wear lipsticks, but I am loving these ones.  They are very moisturizing and last a long time. I am wearing Pure Color Sensous Rouge in Pink Seduction. (you can see the color better on the video below)

Mil gracias a Estee Lauder por mandarme una cajita con lapiz labiales y el perfume Sensous Nude.  Yo no soy de usar mucho lapiz labial, pero estos me encantan porque son bien humectantes y duran bastante tiempo.  Yo estoy usando Pure Color Sensous Rouge en Pink Seduction. (puedes ver el color mejor en el video abajo)

Pasadena Flea Market

I am taking a break from wearing hats, well ....  not really, haha.  I just realized that I have been wearing a lot of hats lately.. so I am going to let my hair loose for the next couple of days!  On Sunday my friend and fellow fashion blogger Kristen and I decided to take some pictures by her house.  I couldn't help but fell in love with this house - it was gorgeous.  Then, we went to the Pasadena Flea Market - it was my first time - and we had the best time!

Te cuento que voy a dejar a mis lindos sombreros descansar un rato; bueno ...  siquiera hasta la proxima semana, jajaja. Es que recien me doy cuenta que la ultima semana me los he puesto hasta para ir a dormir, jaja, bueno eso es broma! Aprovechando que estaba en Los Angeles,  el domingo mi amiga Kristen y yo nos fuimos al mercado de Pasadena.  La verdad es que había escuchado maravillas de ese lugar y me moria por ir.  Eso si, como buenas blogueras, antes tomamos unas fotos para nuestros blogs ... dime si esta casa no es una maravilla!

Once at the Pasadena Flea Market I was trying to get my hands on some vintage stuff.  Mission accomplished ... because I got two amazing vintage dresses - very 70's.  A little alteration and they will be perfect.  I also got a gorgeous jacket and the earrings below!

Estando ya en el mercado de Pasadena, me compre dos vestidos vintage (de los 70's). Me hicieron recordar a los que mi mama usaba en esa epoca.  Eso si, los tengo que mandar al costurero a que me los arregle, porque no me quedan muy bien que digamos. Ademas me compre un blazer precioso y los aretes de abajo.
