Edgy

I've been wanting to wear as many dresses as I can lately, since I probably won't wear them in NYC for a while, it's going to be freezing there. Even though in these pictures it looks as if I'm wearing a skirt, it's actually a dress, I just added the turtleneck and leather jacket to make it edgy. I love how flowy and feminine the dress is. Do you wear dresses as skirts?

Ultimamente me he querido poner vestidos ya que cuando me mude a Nueva York, dudo que me los pueda poner, ya que hace un frio barbaro. Aunque en estas fotos parece que tuviera una falda, es un vestido pero le agregue la cafarena encima. Pasadena Flea Market

I am taking a break from wearing hats, well ....  not really, haha.  I just realized that I have been wearing a lot of hats lately.. so I am going to let my hair loose for the next couple of days!  On Sunday my friend and fellow fashion blogger Kristen and I decided to take some pictures by her house.  I couldn't help but fell in love with this house - it was gorgeous.  Then, we went to the Pasadena Flea Market - it was my first time - and we had the best time!

Te cuento que voy a dejar a mis lindos sombreros descansar un rato; bueno ...  siquiera hasta la proxima semana, jajaja. Es que recien me doy cuenta que la ultima semana me los he puesto hasta para ir a dormir, jaja, bueno eso es broma! Aprovechando que estaba en Los Angeles,  el domingo mi amiga Kristen y yo nos fuimos al mercado de Pasadena.  La verdad es que había escuchado maravillas de ese lugar y me moria por ir.  Eso si, como buenas blogueras, antes tomamos unas fotos para nuestros blogs ... dime si esta casa no es una maravilla!

Once at the Pasadena Flea Market I was trying to get my hands on some vintage stuff.  Mission accomplished ... because I got two amazing vintage dresses - very 70's.  A little alteration and they will be perfect.  I also got a gorgeous jacket and the earrings below!

Estando ya en el mercado de Pasadena, me compre dos vestidos vintage (de los 70's). Me hicieron recordar a los que mi mama usaba en esa epoca.  Eso si, los tengo que mandar al costurero a que me los arregle, porque no me quedan muy bien que digamos. Ademas me compre un blazer precioso y los aretes de abajo.

Flower Child

I hope you had a great weekend, I had a fabulous one!!! I got to hang out with my bff, my mom and some fun people! I had not laugh so much in a long time, that's the best therapy ever!  I'm so in love with bright colors at the moment as you can tell by my previous posts.  I got this floral skirt 2 years ago at Forever 21 and I decided to pair it with a leather jacket to toughen up the look!

Espero que hayas tenido un super fin de semana, yo la pase increible!!! El sabado sali con una de mis mejores amigas y ayer sali con mi mama.  Esta mini floreada me la compre hace 2 años y la verdad es que me encanta. Es tan colorida que la veo y me pone de buen humor, jajaja.  Para completar el look le agregue esta casaca de cuero y mis pantis fucsias!

I am in LOVE with this belt (worn as a necklace) that I got. As soon as I put it on I feel like a rock star, hahaha.
